With a core team possessing over 15 years of extensive experience in the banana cultivation industry, I am Võ Thanh Thảo, proudly representing a group committed to carrying the mission of elevating Vietnam's banana industry to new heights — on par with global banana powerhouses such as the Philippines, Ecuador, and Brazil.

To achieve this ambitious goal, beyond the advantages of government policy support, favorable climate and soil conditions, and growing consumer markets, two critical pillars must be emphasized: Human Resources and Financial Capacity.

🍌 Human Resources:
Our current team includes 10 experienced engineers, each with approximately 15 years in the field. Every engineer is capable of managing over 100 hectares of banana plantation. With this solid foundation, our roadmap for the next 5–10 years aims to ensure high-quality, specialized human resources capable of overseeing the expansion of our cultivation areas up to 5,000 hectares.

🍌 Financial Capacity:
We are actively seeking investors with strong financial capacity and a passion for agriculture, who are ready to join us in building a sustainable, prosperous, and thriving Vietnamese agricultural sector — especially in the banana industry.
At present, we have favorable access to large-scale land areas, such as:
Tây Ninh: 1000 hectares (in alignment with the High-Tech Agricultural Zone planning)
Bình Dương: 500 hectares (with approved High-Tech Agricultural development)
Sóc Trăng: 1,000 hectares (planned for High-Tech Agriculture)
Bình Phước: Up to 1,000 hectares per project (with potential for further expansion)
(In addition, there are many other land funds available for cooperative development.)
We are currently cooperating with partners from China, Russia, South Korea, Japan, and the Middle East.
